"The Summerwoods condos in Summer Beach south of the Ritz-Carlton are popular condo options. They have several different floor plans with most being 2 or 3 bedroom condos and having their own 1 or 2 car garage. The complex is gated and has its own pool. Summerwoods is close to the beach with a dedicated walkway in Summer Beach. These condos have been popular as full time and 2nd homes. They also have been attractive to new residents establishing a residence on Amelia Island. The build out at Summerwoods continued for several years offering buyers a newer island condo option.
