Outrigger at Summer Beach 

" The Outrigger townhomes are similar to the Sea Watch townhomes, both in Summer Beach Village. Oceanfront with 2 car garages, but just a little smaller and slightly older. The Outrigger townhomes also have a longer driveway in front than Sea Watch. Usually there are very few Outrigger villas for sale partly because there are only 22 of them. If none are listed just check back later or consider the Sea Watch townhomes which are nearly identical instead.

Last year in 2025 there were no sales. For comparison: In 2024 there were two Outrigger sales and none the year before. Sale prices were $1,680,000 and $1,705,000. " - Gary Farnsworth
