Seaside Homes at Summer Beach Village

" The patio homes of Seaside are located in the gated Summer Beach Village on Summer Beach Boulevard near the Sailmaker condos. This small enclave contains 33 individual homes. The homes are generally about 500 yards to the beach walkover and also allow for short term rentals. The homes in Seaside have rarely been on the market in the last couple of years. It is a desirable neighborhood because of location with a pool and lawn care provided.  

Most of the homes are on the smaller side with many being the "shotgun" design and one car garages although some of the homes feature two car garages. Most, but not all, of the homes in Seaside are under 2,000 square feet.
