The condo was located on the third floor in the building directly next to the Ritz-Carlton and had views of the hotel property. The condo was an "A" model with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Ocean Place is an Amelia Island condo, as is Carlton Dunes, where there has been price appreciation since 2013.
